Arianna Filoramo, CEA, France
Title: Self assembly for nanoelectronics and biomimetic approaches with carbon nanotubes
Arianna Filoramo received her Ph.D. degree in Solid State Physics at the ENS (Ecole Normale Superieure) in Paris in 1997 on time resolved spectroscopy of semiconductor hereostructure. In 1998 she joined the Molecular Electronics Research Lab of Motorola where she worked on molecular transport, carbon nanotubes and DNA-based electronics projects. Since 2004 she carries on her activity in the Laboratoire d'Electronique Moleculaire at CEA. Her main topics concerns molecules, DNA scaffolds and carbon nanotubes for biomimetic approaches.
